Lime Down Solar Park has scant regard for the potential disruption and harm this profit-making development is likely to have on the local area. We will lose our open countryside

We want to make sure that all residents in the local villages are kept informed and we are determined to challenge it.

Please sign up for updates and calls to action. We will guide you on how to voice your objection.

What are we funding?

All those working on the committee are providing their time and expertise pro bono. After budgeting and mapping out the next phases of due process - it is clear we need to raise significant funds to ensure this process happens effectively.

Stop Lime Down is a non-profit organisation.

An example of the funds needed are:

Legals Representation

Our legal team will be presenting the written representations on behalf of SLD at the examination and appearing and hearings and assisting experts in responses to the written questions likely to be raised by the examining authority.

Expert Consultation

To hire experts to prepare and present evidence the Examination on certain areas for example: Transport; Landscape; Ecology; Flooding

Administrative Assistance

To cover printing costs of leaflets and other documents.

Hire of venues.

Assistance with Project Management.
