Lime Down Solar Park has scant regard for the potential disruption and harm this profit-making development is likely to have on the local area. We will lose our open countryside
We want to make sure that all residents in the local villages are kept informed and we are determined to challenge it.
Please sign up for updates and calls to action. We will guide you on how to voice your objection.
We aim to gather 1,000 supporters who each give what they can.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps secure a future for our countryside.
By setting up a monthly standing order, you’ll contribute to the legal, expert, and campaign costs needed to protect our community.
IGP submitted their proposals for Lime Down Solar on 19 September and the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) has 28 days to accept this or not.
Once we know if the application has been accepted, we will send out further updates.
For now, please prepare to register with PINS.
Click the button below. (You will need to confirm your email address from the link you will be sent by PINS).
In November, we will be holding talks in the village halls to update everyone on the proposals and explain how you can give your feedback.
Please spread the word to neighbours and friends and invite them to one of the talks.
November 2025 is when it is vital that we have thousands registering as "interested parties" and making a "Relevant Representation" on the Planning Inspectorate website.
A Relevant Representation is a summary of your views on the application and means that you can then give a more detailed written representation later. We will guide you
