at Neeld Community & Arts Centre in Chippenham for the start of the Examination.
The Preliminary Meeting is in the morning and the Open Floor Meeting is in the afternoon at which members of the public who have registered will be speaking for 3 minutes.
Public attendance at hearings is a normal part of the process and helps ensure that local interest in the project is clearly visible.

The Planning Inspectorate teams will visit the site on a number of occasions during the Examination Stage (through to approx. the end of September 2026). Having the placards in place shows the strength of our objection.

- Community and shop noticeboards: Many communities have designated noticeboards for public announcements.
- Online platforms: Social media and community websites can be effective ways to spread our message. Please do like, comment and share our posts on facebook and instagram.

- Council Land: This includes lampposts, public buildings, and parks. Council land is generally for public use and fly-posting is prohibited.
- Telegraph Poles & Road Signs: These are essential for safety and communication. Attaching placards to them can be dangerous and obscure important information.
